Personal Data Collected

When making purchases or creating accounts with we may collect any of the following personal data about you:

  • Your name, age, date of birth and gender;
  • Your billing and shipping addresses, phone and email details;
  • Your location, location where the order was placed;
  • Your browsing and shopping preferences and activities;
  • Device and technology settings used to access our website.

Use of Personal Data

Just Sport Group may collect, store and process your personal data:

  • To maintain any registered accounts that you hold with us, allowing you a quicker checkout on future purchases;

No card details are retained or stored within our site, only basic card information can be seen by authorised staff (e.g. last 4 digits of payment card, cardholders address). Staff have no access to full payment details at any time. 

How long do you hold my data for? 

If you decide to create an account with us, your data will be held securely online only whilst you have an account. This is to enable you access to your order history and allow a quick and easy process at the checkout for future orders. You can delete your account or amended your data at any time by going into your account settings. 

If you do not wish us to hold your data, we suggest that you checkout as a guest. This option will allow you to checkout without creating an account, and we will only use your data to process your order. 

If our contract ends with Leyton Orient Football Club the online store will become inactive. We will also automatically delete all online accounts and a personal data store for these accounts. 

We do not store your data on any other systems other than our secure online store. 

Marketing Emails

We do not send out marketing e-mails via the Just Sport Group, as all retail offers are sent through the main Leyton Orient Football Club marketing channels. You will need to opt-in/out via the main Club marketing channels for your preference on this. Details of this can be found by clicking here.

You may receive an e-mail from us in regards to items you have left in your basket, however, you do have the option to unsubscribe to this. 

3rd Party Data

The Just Sport Group will never sell your data to any 3rd Party. However, we do give you the option to allow us to share your data with Leyton Orient Football Club, so that you can receive marketing such as Ticketing and Club News. We will only ever pass this data on if you give us permission to do so. 

Spoof/Fake Emails

We will never ask you to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from avecsport.com asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond.

Your Rights

You have the following rights:

  • the right to ask what personal data that we hold about you at any time.
  • the right to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal data that we hold about you free of charge; and
  • the right to opt out of any marketing communications that we may send you.

However, if you wish to unsubscribe from e-mail marketing communications that we send you, you can do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any e-mail newsletter we have sent to you. If you have changed email address and have a forward setup on your old email address you may have to contact us to unsubscribe your old email address.

We cannot identify an individual with this information and is only used to help us improve our website and help us understand how our website is being used. This depends on the type of cookie you disable, If you disable 3rd Party Cookies you will still be able to continue and purchase from our website, however, if you disable all cookies you will be unable to complete purchases on this website.
